Refund policy

There is a 14-day return policy guarantee to protect your order, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following criteria:

• Wrong size
• Wrong product
• Wrong color
• Damaged upon arrival

To start a return, please contact me at thegansettgirl@gmail.com and provide the following information:

• Reason for return
• Picture proof of the item showing the issue or reason for return

I will inspect your situation and determine if your item meets the criteria for a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
