Refund policy
There is a 14-day return policy to protect your order. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following criteria:
- Incorrect size received (different from what was ordered)
- Wrong product sent
- Wrong color sent
- Damaged upon arrival
Please note: Because items are made to order, returns are only accepted in the cases listed above. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or fit.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at thegansettgirl@gmail.com and include:
- Reason for return
- Photo showing the issue
All return requests are reviewed before approval. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
